This class will provide the basics of gun safety and anatomy. We will cover the components of the gun and breakdown how functionality works within a gun. We will talk about sight alignment, sight picture, what is called the ARC of movement. We dive into what it means in a self- defense incident and how to talk to police post incident. Ultimately, you are responsible for all rounds that exit your firearm and you need to understand your local laws. Colorado law, starting from the Castle Doctrine all the way to new storage laws.

Even if you have been shooting for a while, you need to have an understanding beyond what you learned at the range with your friends. You need to legally cover yourself with documented training by a professional.

There is the classroom portion and Live Fire portion in the afternoon.

There is no additional charge for going to our private range. It is located off 128th and Tower, just 18 minutes from the classroom portion.

Firearms should remain locked in your car until you get to the range. Once at the range it should remain in the case until you get t the range tables and we go through the range rules and safety protocol.

If you are participating in the Live Fire portion, you will need a minimum of 100 rounds, eye and ear protection. If you need eye and ear protection, you can add that at check out and we will have it waiting for you in class.

Designed for Everyone

We are a team of passionate people whose goal is to improve everyone's life through personal protection training and understanding what to do in an emergency. Our focus is not on teaching the Martial Arts, it's on teaching the average person how to defend themselves effectively. Our classes are designed for small to large-size companies willing to optimize their employee retention and awareness to keep themselves and their families safe. We do this through practical self- defense techniques designed real life scenarios. This is not theory based; this is evidence-based skills and knowledge.
