Our focus is not on teaching the Martial Arts, it's on teaching the average person how to defend themselves effectively. Our classes are designed for small to large size companies willing to optimize their employee retention and awareness to keep themselves and their families safe. We do this through practical self- defense techniques designed real life scenarios. This is not theory based; this is evidence-based skills and knowledge.
